Hours Of Operation
What are your hours?

Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers Fredericton and Saint John locations are open Monday-Saturday. Closed on Sundays and certain holidays.

Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers Fredericton:

Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers Saint John:

Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Friday 10 a.m.–8 p.m.

Appraisals
Do you appraise jewellery?

Yes. Our very own Stephen Cole is a certified appraiser with credentials from GIA (Gemology Institute of America), AGS (American Gem Society), and CJA (Canadian Jewellers Association).

Selling Your Jewellery
Do you buy scrap gold?

Yes. Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers can buy any type of precious metal (gold, silver or platinum) and any diamonds or gemstones.

Jewellery Repairs
What types of repairs can you do?

Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers can perform almost any fine jewellery repair you can bring us. From ring sizing to pearl restringing to watch batteries to complicated restorations of heirloom jewellery, our team can do it all!

Payment Options
Do you offer Layaway?

Items may be put on layaway for up to six months with a minimum deposit of 10%. Monthly payments are required for merchandise that has been set aside on layaway. Layaways cancelled after 90 days and completed layaways are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for in store credit.

Do you offer Financing?

We offer 12 Months no payments, no interest financing with Flexiti Financial.

What is the warranty on my purchase?

We offer a one year warranty against manufacturing defects, with Extended Service Plans available for purchase.

How Do Special Orders Work?

Have you fallen in love with a ring, but we don't have it in your size? Or you love the style, but want a different gemstone or metal? Don't worry, we have options for you! Many times in situations like this we can bring the item in for you, or have it made for you on site! 

A special order constitutes any jewellery, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the clients request. Special orders and custom made items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All special orders require a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit.

Refunds & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?

Unless otherwise specified, we honour full refunds on purchases made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Within 90 days of the original purchase date, we will honour exchanges and returns for store credit.

The item to be returned must be unworn, accompanied by the original box and must have all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.

Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Gift and Reward Cards are not redeemable for cash. 

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges for up to 90 days from the original purchase, providing the item is unworn and accompanied by the original box and warranty pamphlets intact.

Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
